1. What DentBot is

DentBot is an assistant that serves dental clinic patients on WhatsApp: it books, reschedules and cancels appointments, sends reminders and confirms attendance, transcribes voice notes, answers frequent questions and records appointments in each dentist's Google Calendar.

DentBot is hired by the clinic, and the service is provided on its behalf. The rules for procedures, professionals and hours are defined by each clinic.

2. Not clinical or emergency care

DentBot organizes scheduling and communication; it does not provide clinical guidance, diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for evaluation by a health professional.

The assistant detects possible urgent situations and advises contacting the clinic, but it is not an emergency channel. In an emergency, contact the clinic immediately at the number provided or your local emergency services.

3. Demonstration

The demo number exists so you can try DentBot. Treat any data used in the demo as fictional and do not enter real third-party data without authorization.

4. Acceptable use

When using the assistant, you agree to:

• •Provide truthful information during registration and booking.
• •Not use the assistant for unlawful, offensive or abusive purposes.
• •Not attempt to overload, circumvent or exploit flaws in the system.
• •Respect WhatsApp and Meta policies.

5. Accepted messages

The assistant processes text messages and voice notes. Unsupported media types - such as images, documents, videos or stickers - receive a notice and are not processed. Off-topic or abusive messages may receive specific handling.

6. Availability and hours

The assistant only offers times that are genuinely free on the calendar, respecting the operating hours configured by the clinic (by default, Monday to Friday and Saturday morning, in the America/Sao_Paulo time zone).

Outages may occur due to maintenance or to the providers we depend on (WhatsApp/Meta, Google). We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.

7. Bookings, reminders and confirmations

Confirming a time depends on availability at the moment of booking. Reminders and attendance confirmation requests are sent automatically; failing to respond within the deadline may release the slot. Cancellations and reschedules follow each clinic's rules.

8. Intellectual property

DentBot, the Morph brand, this site and its contents belong to Morph. Reproduction, distribution or use without prior authorization is prohibited.

9. Privacy

The processing of personal data follows our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms and can be read from the link at the bottom of this page.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morph is not liable for indirect damages or for outages caused by third parties or by force majeure. Nothing in these Terms waives rights guaranteed to consumers by law.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision; continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new version.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the consumer's domicile are elected to settle disputes arising from these Terms, where applicable.
