The problem

Why it matters

In most clinics the bottleneck isn't a lack of patients: it's a schedule full of holes and a front desk too busy to chase them.

15–25%1

of the industry's appointments are lost to no-shows

up to 50%1

Features

From the first "hi" to the dentist's chair

Every detail was built for the real day-to-day of a clinic - no made-up times, no lost patients.

Books straight into Google Calendar

Each dentist has their own calendar and their own catalog of procedures, with real durations. The booked appointment already shows up in the calendar the clinic checks every day.

  • Real procedures, dentists and durations
  • New patients are registered right in the conversation
  • Only offers times that exist - never made up

Confirmation that cuts no-shows

A reminder the day before and a button confirmation shortly before the appointment. Anyone who can't make it reschedules right there, and the slot returns to the calendar instead of becoming an empty chair.

  • Automatic reminders and confirmation
  • Rescheduling flows straight into the booking process
  • Released slots go back on offer

Automatic reminders cut no-shows by up to 50% in the industry.1

The flow

How an appointment is born in a chat

The same path every time - without depending on who happens to be at the front desk.

1

Recognises who is writing

By WhatsApp number: returning patients pick up where they left off, new ones register right there.

2

Understands the request

Booking, rescheduling, cancelling, confirming attendance or asking a question - by text or voice.

3

Only offers times that exist

It checks the dentist's calendar and the procedure's real duration before suggesting any slot.

4

Confirms, records and reminds

The appointment lands in the dentist's Google Calendar and the patient gets a reminder and confirmation before the day.

Real examples

Two conversations, two appointments settled

Text or voice: the path to a confirmed time is the same - no call, no waiting.

Questions

Questions every clinic asks

What usually decides whether DentBot fits your routine.

Do we need a new phone number?

No. DentBot answers on the clinic's number inside Meta's official WhatsApp platform. If the clinic isn't on the official version yet, we handle the setup with you.

Can it book two appointments in the same slot?

No. Availability is computed deterministically from each dentist's calendar and each procedure's real duration. The assistant only offers free slots - that decision never sits with the language model.

What if the patient sends a voice note or types in a hurry?

Voice notes are transcribed and answered in the same chat. Run-on text, abbreviations and typos are handled normally, and steps with a closed set of answers use WhatsApp's own buttons and lists.

What happens in an emergency?

Signs of urgency - severe pain, bleeding, trauma - are detected by fixed rules. The conversation leaves the booking flow, the patient gets immediate guidance and the clinic is alerted right away.

How long does it take to go live?

With dentists, procedures, durations and calendars at hand, setup takes a few days. It isn't a months-long project and it doesn't change your team's routine: the calendar stays the one they already check.

How is patient data handled?

Under privacy law: the clinic is the controller and Morph the processor. Conversations have limited retention, database access is restricted and patient data is deleted on request.
